OCTOBER SCRAPBOOK CLUB - LIGHTHEARTED LEAVES

Yesterday I held my Monthly Scrapbook Club.  We always make a double page layout.  I chose to use Rich Razzleberry and gold as my color pallet.  Believe me when I say this, the pages came out beautifully.  The pictures truly don't do them justice.

If you are local to Canton, MI and would like to join this club, please email me and I will be happy to give you the details.  You can email me at juliegmi@aol.com.

I used the Lighthearted Leaves stamp set and embossed them with gold embossing powder.  I colored them with Aqua Painters using Blackberry Bliss, Rich Razzleberry and Elegant Eggplant.  Thank goodness Stampin Up offers matching framelits to cut them out.

BOO BINGO - STAMPIN UP STYLE

Yesterday I held my very first Boo Bingo.  It was a great success.  We made two make and takes, raffled off prizes, played six games of bingo with fabulous prizes, ate delicious treats and visited with friends.

Thanks to my friend, Lisa for the great idea!!!

Here are our two make and takes I made with the Peaceful Pines Stamp Set and  the Cup of Cheer Stamp Set:

Debbis Vassas was the Jackpot winner.  She won the coverall game which was $125 of Stampin Up products of her choice.

The next Bingo is January 2, 2016.  I only have 6 spots left.  Let me know if you want one of them.

GIGGLE GREETINGS

When I look at this card, it makes me smile!!  The colors are so cheerful.  The image comes from the Giggle Greetings Stamp Set.  This is one of four whimsical images included in the set.  Each one is as equally fun.

PEACEFUL WREATH

Here is another stamp set that coordinates with Stampin' Up's Wonderful Wreath Framelits.  I embossed the wreath with Silver Embossing Powder and watercolored with our Aqua Painters with  Real Red, Pear Pizzazz and Old Olive.  I have added the Fancy Foil Designer Vellum Silver Paper a Pear Pizzaz bow.

Did you notice the red berries?  I started with our Basic Pearls and colored them with a red Sharpie Marker.

DELICATE ORNAMENTS CHRISTMAS FRAME

Have you seen Stampin Up's new Delicate Ornament Framelits Dies??  They make the prettiest Christmas cards and home decor items.  The first ornament I used the Red Glimmer paper, while the other two I used the Red Fancy Foil paper to create this gorgeous frame.

I am holding a local class on Friday, November 13th at 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.  The class is $35 and includes the frame.

Please email me if you would like to take this class at juliegmi@aol.com.

If you are interested in receiving a kit in the mail, the cost is $48 to cover shipping.

LIGHTHEARTED LEAVES

One of my favorite techniques is heat embossing.  However, when you add watercoloring with our Aqua Painters the end result is simply beautiful!!

I stamped the images with Versa Mark, sprinkled with gold embossing powder and heat set the images.  I colored them in with Cajun Craze, Tangelo Twist and Delightful Dijon.  No need to fussy cut out the leaves, Stampin Up has matching framelits.

If you like this card, please "pin it" on Pinterest.  I will send this card to one lucky pinner on Monday, October 26th.  All you need to do is pin the card and email me to let me know at juliegmi@aol.com.  I will randomly choose one pinner.
